Our Working Hours

Our working hours are adjusted according to legal requirements and the needs of the job.
Healthcare teams working in inpatient units work in two shifts:
1st shift: 07:30 – 19:30
2nd shift: 19:30 – 07:30

Healthcare teams working outside of inpatient units have the following working hours:
Weekdays: 08:00 – 17:30
Weekends: 08:30 – 15:30
Working hours for employees in radiation areas are planned according to legal requirements.

Our Salary Package

Our institution applies a gross salary system, and the salary is determined based on a scale created considering criteria such as basic salary, market comparison according to position, education level, seniority, and the specialized nature of the job. It is paid in 16 annual salaries.

In addition to the basic salary, we offer social assistance paid in cash at different times during the year and, for nurses, a basic salary, bonuses, and night shift premiums in addition to social assistance.

Private Health and Individual Pension Insurance Opportunities

We provide free private health insurance for employees and their spouses. Additionally, if desired, we offer discounted private health insurance for their children.

Moreover, our employees and their immediate family members have the opportunity to benefit from the services offered by our institution at discounted rates. Employees can also benefit from individual pension insurance supported by our institution if they choose.

Leave Policy

Our annual paid leave is determined according to seniority as specified in the Labor Law. Accordingly;
• Employees with 1-5 years (including five years) of seniority are entitled to 18 workdays
• Employees with more than 5 years but less than 15 years of seniority are entitled to 22 workdays
• Employees with 15 years and more of seniority are entitled to 26 workdays of annual paid leave.

Additionally, employees are given various types of leave such as for personal reasons, death, marriage, and others as specified in the Labor Law.
