Magnetic Resonance (MR)
The Magnetic Resonance (MR) imaging, which produces high-resolution images employed in the diagnosis of various diseases, can be used in angiographic, spectroscopic, functional and tissue nourishment (perfusion-diffusion) analysis of all organs, especially the brain and heart. Through the technique called TIM, which uses special coils, the entire body can be scanned from head to foot. TIM technology can produce an image of the whole body (up to 205 cm) without dividing up the body into parts. Scanning starts at the feet, which is an advantage to patients who are claustrophobic.
Computed Tomography (CT)
It provides quick scans of high diagnostic value for all organs. Moreover, moving organs such as the heart and coronary blood vessels can be examined with this method without having to perform a classic angiogram and coronary heart disease risk and vascular blockages can be identified.
Biplane Digital Angiogram:
Blood vessels of the brain, liver, kidneys, aorta and organs can be evaluated applying much less X-ray radiation and drugs (contrast material) by this technique. By performing a digital subtraction, the bone structures are suppressed and details of the thinnest blood vessels are made visible. The 3-D images obtained by rotational angiography help surgeons and interventionist radiologists to diagnose diseases and plan their treatment.
Mammography-Breast Ultrasonography (USG)
Imaging techniques are used for early detection of breast tumors, but more certain diagnosis of cancerous lumps can be obtained by using the stereotactic biopsy and breast marking methods.
Doppler Ultrasonography (USG)
High-resolution scans of all organs can be performed by using broad band multi-frequency probe technology and harmonic tissue imaging.
